And personally I just want to know a certain definition of 2.1, because I dont think it's necessary to take classes about blogging or posting information or anecdotes..hmmm, is there a certain definition of 2.1 ?

Yes, there is a definition. 2.1 is the number that comes after 2.0 but...before 2.2.
